We want you to have a tropical, fun weekend away from the kids, so we respectfully ask that you let loose without the little ones ;).

Activities: Explore Wynwood and the Wynwood walls, walk along Lincoln Road (a bit touristy but classic), go to Little Havana and listen to some live Cuban music, stroll around South of Fifth near the water, or just hang out at the pool and beach (highly recommend this before Friday and Saturday events!).

Food/drinks: Coyo Taco or Bakan in Wynwood if you’re there, Mandolin (our fave restaurant if you can get a reso for lunch), Shuckers (casual North Miami restaurant for drinks/bar food on the bay with an amazing deck), Macchialina (nice Italian in South Beach), Sanguich (best modern Cuban sandwich in Miami, we think at least).

These are just a handful of ideas (that we love), but Google may know better depending on what you’re looking for!

Friday is at Baia Beach Club at The Mondrian. The attire is “tropical chic” (which we totally just made up). Guys, think nice pants and short sleeve or long sleeve button down or other nice, airy top. Ladies, think sundress or casual cocktail dress or whatever you’d wear for a chill night out at a waterfront bar.

It’s a wedding. It’s in a garden. It’s Miami. It may be humid, it may be hot… it’s outside. Guys, suits work well (but no ties necessary). Ladies, think elevated sundresses or cocktail dresses. We suggest you wear wedges or block heels (since it’ll be outside and in the grass).

The wedding is in an outdoor garden. We’ll have a tent if the weather doesn’t go our way… hopefully, we won’t need it!
